How cancellations, returns, and refunds work when you book with Global Immigration Park.

1. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or mobile financial service provider.
2. Cancellation Charges
If you cancel a booked service, the following cancellation charges apply before any eligible refund is issued:
- 30+ days before departure: 20% cancellation fee
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable)
3. Non-Refundable Services
Visa processing fees, embassy fees, and third-party service charges (airline tickets, hotel bookings, and similar third-party reservations) already paid to or submitted with an embassy, airline, hotel, or other third party are non-refundable once processing has started, regardless of the visa outcome. Only the portion of your payment retained by Global Immigration Park is subject to the cancellation charges above.
